When the product first arrived he thought it was great. It came with a cord and we installed the combination on both sides of the safe following the instructions. I bought a safe for my daughter to use in my dorm to lock her valuables. After using the safe for 2 weeks, she successfully opened it yesterday 9/4/18 afternoon. Later that evening she tried again to open the safe but was only able to open one side. The combination was the same on both sides. I went to the manufacturer's website and thought we might find instructions on how to change the combination. I was wrong. The manufacturer's website clearly states that after setting the combination code, there is NO universal combination or reset button. If you forget your combination (not the case here), you won't be able to open it. Vaultz is not responsible for forgotten combinations. DO NOT BUY THIS SAFE. LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS NOW! DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY!
