20% bounce? (but small sample size)

4 of the IR motion sensor modules were fine but 1 seemed to be broken due to a short circuit somewhere. When I connected it to my Arduino nothing would turn on and the Arduino chip itself got hot at the power input. Maybe I'm just unlucky. Like I said the other 4 were fine and luckily I only needed 4 for what I was doing. The fifth was intended as a spare (and I probably needed it). There are no complaints about the buzzer.
