I saw a clip from Cook's Country on KET (Kentucky Educational Television) where they tested a range of paring knives from different brands and prices in their rigorous kitchen testing lab. They actually have a segment where they test a lot of different kitchen items/tools in their shows. I happened to see them testing paring knives and all my kitchen knives are old and dull so I just started using them. In terms of price and performance, this little knife can't be beat. This is a great purchase! I love it!
