Item arrived damaged: totally unusable and broken. Damaged or broken items must be returned using UPS to receive a refund or replacement and there is no UPS store nearby in my area. It should be USPS going through all these troubles in the midst of a pandemic for a totally useless item. It is useful to provide a photo of the damaged item in order to receive a refund or replacement. But the alternative of providing a photo is not available, nor is the delivery option an alternative. There is no UPS store nearby. We have to go to the airport and that's a different city. And who wants to go to the airport right in the middle of it all? Extremely disappointed!
