Great product. The first one received was broken so Sabrent quickly replaced it and offered tech support which wasn't needed as the drivers loaded right away and it worked straight away and was swapped out on the fly. Excellent after-sales service when needed. 2 weeks still working fine. I would use them again. Staples Tech and Best Buy Geek told my wife and daughter that we had to spend over $450 to get 2 working USB ports on my laptop (motherboard repair/replacement?). Great Sabrent product! In their lying faces Staples & Best Buy. Trying to sell some laptops to uninformed women? Short.
