The shampoo was a silky deep purple, smelled wonderful and the lather was amazing. The conditioner is bluish purple in color and when I rub it in it feels like it is drying out my hair instead of being silky smooth like most conditioners. The smell was awful, it smelled like Nair hair remover. I had to use a non-violet conditioner to comb my hair and it still smells like hair remover. Not sure what to do next after the shampoo is amazing. I won't buy it again, the air conditioning is just terrible. Sorry I hate writing bad reviews but that's no good. Okay, it's the next day and my hair still smells like hair remover and is so hard to comb. I am very dissatisfied with the air conditioning. I really should have believed the other reviews before I bought it. I liked the shampoo but the balm had to be thrown away. There isn't even a button to contact the manufacturer to let them know or at least get a refund for the air conditioner alone. I will discourage others from buying this brand.
