The platform is easy to use for both my team members as well as our clients! It's very intuitive so we are able to quickly get up-to speed with it in no time at all. We have been using this system since 2014 but there has not really anything that I can say about how great or bad of an experience its given me over those years? There isn't much because everything runs smoothly without any issues (that i'm aware). If you're looking into creating your own custom solution then definitely go through their site first before signing contracts/agreements etc - make sure they offer what YOU need when building out YOUR specific application. They do give access via API which gives us more flexibility than just having them build one off systems themselves if needed down the road. This allows for quick turnaround times within hours vs weeks+ months from other providers who require coding work be.
