Great Ribbons That Last

I'm obsessed with keeping my knives sharp. These are excellent belts that are essential to the grinding process. I use them for the final sharpening of all my knives, from Japanese knives (Shun knives with a 16 degree blade angle) to Bowie knives (with a 25 degree blade angle). I've tried leveling, they work fine and last a long time. I could use a leather strap but I don't think the blades would become sharp after using these straps.
