Fits well Men work best in sleep sets
I'm 5'6" thin but with a 34" waist. The medium size fits perfectly, no adjustments needed. Elastic waistband is comfortable, not too tight. They are very light but seem to be well made although I haven't had them very long. I will order this item again.
