Changing Pad (and Sanity) Savers! To say our daughter had about 10 massive "blowouts" a week is no exaggeration. We talk under the diaper, up the back, through the clothes, even in the hair (how can such a little thing poop?!) some mess. We used them on our changing table, on top of a regular changing table cover and placed our little blow out queen on top. The feces end up on the liner and nowhere else (if you're lucky). I would then quickly treat the stain with Dawn dish soap and through the washer (and dryer! Just don't use high heat) it would be gone. We used to keep one on hand as I swear we washed twice a day. We were lucky in the sense that our daughter didn't usually pee when we changed her diaper, but that happened once and this pad held urine so it didn't go anywhere else. It was a good extra layer of protection that could always be used.
