Their easy interface, their ability to link with other vendors with no problems. Sometimes the system would lock up and you couldn't do anything but reload it. They do a really good job of keeping my network and its employees secure and they are the best IT firm I use! Their helpdesk is on par with Google's, but without the problems. If I had to rate them I'd say 8 out of 10. There is nothing they do wrong at this time they are by far one of the best companies in IT! Security (S), I like how easy it is for our sales team members - they can connect from anywhere at anytime with no additional software required. There are some limitations as far as using it internally; however, this could be solved by getting more licenses or making improvements in customer service (like adding an email feature). For now though we have been able solve most of our internal communication needs w/o having employees install applications into there own computers.
