I ordered these size 9 shoes, which I wear sacredly. I received them and they were too small. I came back with no problems and got 9 1/2. They're a bit wide, which isn't great if you don't want that and you're into a sport that makes you change direction instantly. It's a small thing, but then again if you play sports. The laces are ridiculously long. After 1 week of wearing, the leather, including the laces, is literally noticeable at the seam. It would be possible to argue with the width and the laces, but that's just absurd.
