Nothing for beginners for children's rooms
This potty seat is fine. It does the job. However, this does not promote the independence of new potty users. The crotch is very narrow and my little one has to hold my hand to move while crawling because the crotch is not wide enough to do it herself. She also has trouble pulling down her pants while standing on a step because she is so small and feels unsafe and to be honest she can easily lose her balance and fall when doing so. The bathroom is upstairs but this one was a bit cheaper and had a cute bear. Unfortunately I would recommend another place instead.
