Fits Heritage Softail 2011 without all parts included

Remove all BS included until you have the light exactly as is. Use an existing ring to put it on. I was about to return it when I realized all the extra shiny stuff that comes with it wasn't needed. Use any mounting hardware you have with stock headlights and they will fit perfectly. The plastic backing of the headlight required a bit of persuading to fit the three tabs into the three headlight mounting slots. Be patient and everything will be fine.
