The customer service is excellent, they are always available to help with any issue that arises in our network or systems! They have worked very hard over many years building out their team of engineers who know how networks work inside-out - which makes them an invaluable resource for us as we build new projects from scratch every few months (and then again when those go live!). I wish there was more flexibility around working hours but it's not something you can really complain about unless your business model requires 24/7 support across all timezones / countries so this isn't much different than most companies these days :) We're using Lumas' managed WAN product called "Luna" where users connect via VPN into one central office site rather than having multiple sites scattered throughout various locations like traditional providers do today. This has reduced costs significantly by reducing bandwidth usage between offices since each user only needs 1 connection instead of needing several connections per person at.
