The best thing about this tool was that it could be used easily without any technical knowledge or skills required for its setup, use, admin and maintenance as well as monitoring.

I think there are some bugs in terms of performance while running our services which should have been resolved long time back by now but unfortunately nothing has changed yet to my satisfaction level. It's good tool if you want easy way out from all those tedious tasks like scheduling jobs/tasks etc. We were able to automate many things using batchman tools without having much expertise at handling such kind of softwares otherwise we would need lots of effort into learning them first before being successful enough.
