I can't even open the cap to use the pump :( It's a big bottle so removing the cap to pour into your hand is inconvenient .high price you would think they would make the pump workable god kenra is really going downhill I LOVED their 'volumetric' conditioner and then they changed the formula to something really crappy so I figured I would now also try i can't even use the pump hope at least this pump works well with your hair i will let my consumer friends know ( still deciding if i should just return it or the seller just send me a new pump , what they should do). Stay updated: I can't even contact the seller! WOW! Will never buy this item again!
