Surprisingly, it works a little more!
I love this jacket and my pup does too! It keeps you completely dry, easy to put on and stays in place. I had no issues with the velcro opening and the fleece lining is great. Also, it's not difficult to remove the fleece liner when I don't need it. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that it seems a bit big. I have a Chihuahua and I bought an XSmall but he's still hanging around a bit. However, I secured it to size myself with velcro.
