Review on 🎧 Plantronics Blackwire C710 Wired Headset: Enhanced Communication and Superior Sound Experience by Craig Goodman

I have had Plantronics headsets in the past and they have always been excellent and well worth the extra money. I would return this item if I could, but my "refund window" seems to have expired 3 days after shipping. Wired controls are uncomfortable and distracting - when upside down and when off. Everywhere is dangling and getting mixed up. When the USB port is plugged into the computer it picks up sound from the speakers even though I just want to charge the headset. Which raises another complaint - it seems like it always needs to be charged and I rarely use it. It has a good carrying case, but even that is inconvenient because when I get a call I have to try to get the headset out of my pocket. pretty big body. In general, stay away from this device and choose another. I'm stuck with this, but I wish I was.
