Review on UX Sniff by John Castle

They do a good job of keeping track of my website. They are able to see where my user is at so I am aware of their experience on my website. They are very helpful when it comes to answering questions I have. They are also the cheapest out of all the website trackers. I don't think I have any dislikes about them. I would highly recommend using them. They are able to track user experience on my website. They are able to see where a user is at on my website and how they are interacting with it. I like how it helps me to understand my users better by giving them feedback about their behaviors, not just what they do (or don't) click or fill in. It's very easy to set up and customize as needed. There are some things which could be improved but nothing major so far. The price is also quite high compared to other tools of similar kind. We use this tool to track our user flow and understand where people get stuck.
