Freud is listed. This is Freud's Diablo, the brand you see at Home Depot. For the price, this is a great hobby drill if you don't need a precise 1" hole. What I did and I'm a little concerned. I needed a hole for 1" oak dowel. As a result, I sanded the dowel a bit. It was better to modify a cheap dowel than risk ruining my valuable work. I suspect Diablo is second only to Freud , although it's still good. The edges are even,no shavings,no warping, makes even holes with good shavings,no dust.I use it on a drill press. If you're going to drill all the way through your work and don't want chunks of loosen the back of the cut.Place an unwanted board under your good piece to support the floor and you won't crack.Enjoy!
