I bought 2 of these because Westcott is a reputable company and the price was right. I remember telling myself hundreds of times you get what you pay for. As it turned out, the price was too good to be true. The first pair was ok and I'm very happy with it. The second pair broke when I took them out of the box. Hey, it's happening. Just an accident. So there were no problems with the return, the replacement came in a few days. He was fine for 2 weeks and then he fell apart in his hand. An accident; 2 poor quality. Most likely cheap Chinese imports. So much for Westcott's reputation.
