Very nice and user friendly tool for creating new accounts

I like that it's easy enough but not too basic, you can easily get started without any training or support from us! We have several customers using this so we've been able figure out some issues early in our implementation process - which has made life easier when they come up later down stream (which happens often). It would be great if there was more configuration available outside what comes preconfigured by default as well; however overall very happy about how simple yet powerful usertribes software really makes onboarding users much simpler than other tools i used before at my previous job/company.

Pros

Easy to set up &/or use for new employees.
Has all necessary features built into product already with no extra cost needed beyond initial purchase price tag ($)
Very intuitive interface design even though most people are familiar wth excel spreadsheets instead :)
