High customer support and helpful support staff

The customer service has been great! I have had several questions answered promptly by email which helps me feel more comfortable using this product for my business needs as opposed to having someone there every time we need support (which would be ideal). If they don't respond quickly enough when asking about features/support issues - then that's not really anyone else fault at all other thantheirs own because if something isn't working correctly after paying $200+ per month; surely some…

Easy-to use platform with many options

The ability for participants to see each other during our virtual sessions was very helpful! It also gave us another way not only hear what they said about various topics we covered, but allowed everyone to provide feedback/suggestions at once which made things much more efficient as well. I wish there were additional features that would allow people outside this region to participate via video chat; however, overall everything worked great and met all my needs in regards to conducting…

Remote session tool is awesome in helping increase your prospect generation

The best part about our sessions are that we do not have any face time limitations unlike other similar platforms which might be costly for us as well! Since this platform allows us remote access to participants without having direct communication lines available, there were times when I couldn't hear/see what was going through someones head while they participated remotely (which caused me confusion).
