Poor instructions, extra pieces left over, and a pain to assemble. You’ll have to use some force to line everything up and hopefully you get it right on the first try (because the instructions don’t make anything clear). Once assembled it’s a decent enough chair, but you get what you pay for. Mine came with some random black marks on an armrest (photo included) and one of the supports underneath was cracked/haphazardly repaired (photo included). Spend a few more dollars and get a better chair.
