After I bought a pair of utility shorts from target I've been searching for something just like them and this is it. They're super comfy but the fabric doesn't have a lot of stretch. Stretch so size up if you want more baggy. I'm somewhere between a small and medium and ordered a medium. I have thick thighs and it's loose enough to be flattering and not cut off circulation when I sit. I'm 5'2" and 138lbs but a pear body type and I ordered the black. Will be ordering more.
