I was very disappointed with this printer. I was at Best Buy and there was an HP rep. I told him about my small business, how much I print, what kind of paper I use etc. I told him I use a Brother laser printer and I am very happy with it. He kept telling me that I would be much happier with this HP PageWide. That the print quality was excellent and that I would be shocked at how much I missed. I had already read about Colorlok paper so I asked him and even told him what brand of paper I use and he said I was so happy. So I took the plunge. I always strive to make my products better. The printed text was blurry, the graphics were bright, but the colors were so faded. I printed out my color chart which I always print when I get a new printer and the streaks were horrible and the colors were horrible! Yesterday I spent most of my day reading manuals and tips on how to get the printer working. Nothing worked. Now I have to spend part of my morning packing this thing back. I gave two stars because I think it's well built. And I think he has potential. Someone who doesn't want to print graphic designs and uses them for everyday printing will be happy I'm sure.
