I really wanted 2000 continuous feet for the large double loop I was planning to install. That way I could start cleaning without exposing any seams to the elements. Unfortunately, I was about 50% of the way through the installation and tripped over a section of wire that was missing ALL of the sheathing (Photo 1)! Not cool! As I was about halfway through the project at this point, I had no choice but to make the connection and get on with my work. About 500 ft further and I found the second spot where ALL the skin was missing again (photo 2)! So I made a second connection which was unnecessary. While making connections is easy, the problem is that over the next 10-15 years all connections will gradually fail, causing corrosion and eventually leading to signal loss. Before posting this review, I called customer service. The agent I spoke to didn't seem to understand my issue and was unable to resolve it. She took my contact details and said the manager would call me back. Unfortunately, that was a week ago and I haven't heard anything yet. So we can add bad customer service to the crappy quality control. not cool at all.
