An easy way to add internal storage to a cramped desktop computer.
This 500GB SSD card has been added to an HP desktop computer for additional internal storage. HP, like many factory computers, is small and cramped inside. This card only requires an unused PCIe slot with eight or more lanes. There is no need to disassemble the computer to access the drive bay (if available) for your drive, and no wired connection to the motherboard and power supply is required. For me it was worth saving the usual installation of additional internal memory.
