I could have used an extra pair of hands during installation. It's a very long strip of light and one side is adhesive so installation was quite messy and awkward. Also, the adhesive didn't stick well to the back of my TV in places. Also, the remote control was dead on arrival. Luckily, their customer service was very prompt and the replacement works perfectly, which is much appreciated. Your customer service won me over, which is why I hate giving only 2 stars. Unfortunately, now that it's operational, some buttons on the Roku TV remote send unwanted commands to the light, causing the light to not stay the same color and sometimes turn off completely. Half the time I use the remote I have to set the lights back to how I set them. The constant struggle is no fun. I'm about to remove it and throw it away.
