Review on Anolon Advanced Anodized Nonstick Moonstone by Marcus Rash

I originally ordered this frying pan set from Walmart.com in October, but for some reason it was shelved indefinitely. So I canceled that order and ordered from Revain for the same price of $59.99. Over the years I've always hated washing up the pan that the holiday turkey or roast was cooked in, and in recent years I've gone as far as using disposable hotel pans. But turkeys and roasts don't brown properly in an aluminum pan, so this year I opted for a non-stick pan. And based on the reviews, I chose this Anolon set: the color matched my non-stick pots and pans, the price was great, and the lifting forks and nozzle/injector are included. Too bad I didn't photograph my turkey in this pan. Thanksgiving: The most perfect bird I've ever made! Lifting to slice was a breeze with a stand with a handle. What about the cleaning? Nothing stuck to the pot OR rack so it was easy. And the non-stick coating is still completely intact. So yes, I highly recommend this baking set!
