The saddles were fine, but tightening the hex bolts was problematic and caused problems which resulted in my wife having to tighten them on a step stool while riding the Rt. 95 in me. After a lot of "chat" we sent the item back to Autoplicity (I paid for the return shipping), they accepted the item on 10th September and then said they couldn't accept the item because it was used. How does anyone know if an item is defective while you're not using it? Blah blah blah it's October 15th and the issue hasn't been resolved, Autoplicity hasn't returned the saddles and no refunds have been issued. We do not require these defective saddles, we require a refund. I suspect that one of the problems was that Autoplicity uses bots, and despite many communiqués back and forth, they never figured out the problem. Meanwhile we are down at $168.00, the buyer should be very careful with this product from a company that does not stand behind their product.
