My sister in law works for me and her nanny recently went on maternity leave so she is bringing her 7 month old baby to work and trying to put him down at pack n play which he is not used to is. Although he usually slept well and was a light child, he refused to take naps. He was crying, rubbing his eyes and looking sooooo tired, but he wasn't sleeping. Finally we decided that maybe he doesn't like the Pack n Play interface and prefers a good mattress like in his crib. Since we don't have much space at work, we decided on this roll-up mattress. The mattress arrived the next day, we installed it, laid baby down with crossed thumbs and boom! He was like a light! Five stars plus approval from baby, mom and grandma!
