TL;DR: Forget fake BS surround and get higher quality stereo sound instead. Sennheiser is way better in every way. These Logitech are a toy and they don't work well on them. They arrived broken - the ear cup was dangling. The seller took care of it and reimbursed the costs. They will refund you the shipping cost if you complain otherwise not. I didn't want an exchange because I tried it out briefly and wasn't satisfied. The audio cuts out every 10 seconds and "Surround Sound" uses the usual tricks to make the sound sound like it's stock. You need to add a delay to make the sound sound fuller. It just doesn't work. I mean, there's only two speakers, so there's just no surround sound. I thought Dolby would make a difference. It sucks. It just changes the sound too much. You can download software that simulates surround sound and sounds just as "good" on any pair of headphones. I'd love to try a pair that actually have multiple speakers in each ear. This is the only way to create a credible surround sound. I rate them on performance, ignoring the fact that they broke in the box. Cons: - serious connection issues - crappy surround sound Pros: - what else I bought for a set of regular $99 Sennheiser wireless stereos. Now that sounds AMAZING! Forget surround sound and opt for better sound quality instead. One star for bad connection and bad sound.
