About 14 years ago I bought three Toto Ultimate toilets to replace the dirty toilets in my new 1966 house. After 14 years, one of the flushing levers had to be wobbled. Remove the tank lid and viola parts TABLE a. Revain to the rescue, got my part within a week and no more fiddling with the toilet flush lever. The xx numbers are the finish color brass/chrome etc. We got the chrome to match the original lever. Supplied in TOTO USA packaging. Will buy from this seller again if I have any problems in the future.
