Does what it should. The 2010 Silverado 4x4 has the passenger side diff bracket bolts that need to be pushed out and the bolts that come with this product are not long enough - about 0.75 inch shorter for that side. To remove the diff mount, clamp it in place and use a large hammer to knock it out of the mount. Buy those two big screws for this side, you'll need them.
