Review on 🛁 Relax and Unwind with Dr Teal's Soothe & Sleep Epsom Salt Soaking Solution, Lavender, 3lbs by Sheila Smith

After hearing a lot of advice on using Epsom salts for back problems, I decided to take Dr. Teels and try. Since this is my first time using it, I wanted something aromatic but not too strong. I ordered lavender scent, amber vanilla and chamomile (it's the only one I've tried so far). I can safely say I was amazed at how well it worked! Not only was the smell lovely and not overpowering, I came out of the bath relaxed and it helped a lot with my pain. I have started recommending these salts to anyone who will listen. I will definitely order again once my shipment is complete. Note: The bags are larger than expected and are good value for money. In my opinion, you can get 10 baths out of a bag if you're careful and don't overdo it with salt. I hope everyone is as impressed as I am.
