Review on 🔧 Hydro 52412 C 2063 Compatible Cartridges: Quality, Compatibility, and Performance by Harley Franchetti

4 cartridges at a reasonable price - BUT DO NOT BUY FOR HYDRO LIFE C-2064 CANISTERS. Our motorhome has a Hydro Life model 52412 C-2063 and we have used other brands in the past but have seen them at Revain. ANYTHING that tightens a canister (by hand tightening, wrenches, or a round-handled plastic wrench used on the outside of canisters) with one of these cartridges in it (even with a new O-ring) will not be tight enough and the water will just spit out. We then measured one of the other "regular" carbon filters and found it to be about 1/3 inch shorter than these "compatible" Hydro Life cartridges. With one of those "too big" cartridges after 3 different tests the water flooded the entire concrete floor or our garage and then used another slightly shorter normal activated carbon filter and it pulled all the way up and didn't let water through very careful before buying, I now have 3 brand new ones and one slightly damp to throw away.
