CAM THROW / BOX DAMAGED
The Ford box was damaged not the Amazon box, it was bolted together and I didn't think anything of it but the front neck was damaged like something heavy somewhere then on the box fallen . I dropped the cam on the lathe and found that it was clearly bent because it didn't fit completely into the test block. This camera can be found a lot cheaper at American Muscle for $195.
