I used them for two years before they changed their platform in September 2016. They have excellent customer service! Their staff is wonderful and always willing to help even when it's just an issue with scheduling or billing questions. The new platform was difficult at first because all my contacts were there so had to reestablish everything again. Their support team will walk you through every step. Great product and great people who make sure it runs smoothly. Not much since it has been discontinued now. If you like using this software, stick around until a replacement comes out. It does what its supposed to do very well. Scheduling appointments, invoicing clients, booking travel arrangements, etc. We are able to keep our operations running efficiently without having to hire more employees. This saves us thousands per year. We use this online tool for our accounting department's bookkeeping. It is very easy to use and has lots of features which makes it useful in many different ways. The support staff can be reached 24/7 if there are any issues with the software or the website. There isn't much I dislike about using this product. If you have questions feel free to ask me! This service gives us an opportunity to keep all financial records online instead of creating multiple files everywhere.
