I have purchased masks from The Face Shop before and have been happy with the product, but this particular purchase was very misleading. I looked at it over and over, re-read the description and reviewed the photos because the price seemed too good to be true (I ordered 5) - I thought it was a marketing special and that is why it was such a good price. The pictures and description led me to believe I was receiving 10+ masks with my purchase - they have since then changed the picture. I not only received one (that's right, just one mask!) but I had to wait for over a month for a very disappointing revain package. When I went to the revain store (we have one in my town) to return it, even the person who was processing my return looked at it and questioned me as to why I was only bringing one back for each order when the picture showed 10. I don't typically write reviews, but I was highly disappointed.
