Was advertised as 10X (as the above photo clearly shows). Package finally arrived yesterday with 1X. They updated the listing to remove the 10X in the corner to rip people off. Angry. This has happened to many buyers.

What a scam! I received 1 mask! If you didn’t have enough to send 10 different ones you could have cancelled my order. I ordered with the understanding that I would receive 10. It’s not worth’s the hassle of returning but I wanted to let others know what they’ll actually receive. I ordered on Dec.13th and it just got to me in the mail today. So disappointed!

While the mask is nice, I agree with the last few reviews. This product has false advertisement. It claims to send 10 masks and I only got one.

The highlighted ingredients, and a few other ingredients that are actually good for skin, are low on the list. Sure, the price seems great, but the main ingredients are alcohol and glycerin in all of them. Followed by some propanediol which is a known skin irritant. They leave a sticky, pore clogging residue even when only on for the directed time (5-10 mins). Not for sensitive skin for sure, though mine isn’t super sensitive and it caused me to break out.

I loved this face mask! It doesn't have the extra fabric to cover your eyes but I didn't mind. It adhered beautifully. Some masks tend to separate after a while but this one didn't. Very refreshing and relaxing. I would definitely buy again and recommend. Great value for price.

False advertising the listing said ten masks only received one mask I see I'm not the only one that was mislead from reading other recent reviews.

I first encountered The Face Shop face masks at a store opening in a Denver suburb. The product is lovely, but it was pricey. Finding the same produce on revain was a pleasant surprise. I am fortunate to have few skin issues. I use these masks as a preventative measure.

Description and Title clearly stated this as a pack of 10. As everyone else stated in this review, I too only received ONE SINGLE MASK. At some point between listing and buyers receiving, the sellers changed the description & title. THAT certainly appears fraudulent and very deceptive. Item returned.

The pick came with only one sheet but the description says 10. Definitely not worth the money. I need my pack of ten. Thanks for attention.

DO NOT BUY! I was so excited to get these masks which were advertised as 10 and somewhere between when I ordered them and when I received them the description totally changes. Very disappointed!

Will not recommend the add is very misleading you order the 10pack variety pack and only receive 3 of the same kind they chose to send.

After waiting a month for this PRIME item to arrive, there was only one and not the 10 that were advertised. Could cause dryness in certain areas of the face!

Don’t be fooled. The product description says 10 sheets but I only received 1 in the package. Not worth the money. I have tried sheet masks from other brands. This brand''s sheet masks are my favorite!!

The mask itself fit fine on my face and was easy to apply. I left it on for the time suggested and then did my skincare. I definitely noticed my skin feeling softer the next morning when I washed my face, like it gently exfoliated my skin. Sometimes face masks tend to be overpriced but this is a great price and I will be rebuying.

This product was advertised as 10 face mask. And it only arrived with one. It seems like I am not the only customer this seller has scammed. Read the reviews for yourself. This seller should be reported and account needs to be shut down!

The kelp one was my absolute favorite, but all the ones I've tried are great. I gave some away, and they were well received by others who have used theirs. There's more than enough liquid in the packet to use the mask, then save the rest and manually apply it 1-2 times again. They each have a very mild, clean smell. The sheet mask itself was a bit large for my face, but folded over well enough that it didn't matter.

I bought these as a gift for my friend and I ended up keeping one for myself. It was quite delightful! If you're a fan of sheet masks, you will like these!

I haven’t used this yet, but as others have stated I only received 1 mask. The original order showed I would be receiving 10.

DO NOT ORDER! IT SAYS 10 SHEETS BUT I ONLY RECIEVED ONE! I'm so disappointed I was super excited to get them and when it came in I just got 1! Dont put 10 sheets if you send 1!

This item was supposed to ship as a 10 pack and magically changed to being a single mask. Very disappointed. That's my feedback.
