The best part about this service was being able to get my work done quickly! I have been working with other transcribers who had very long turnaround times compared to what we were used too at our previous employer (around 10 days).
We didn't always know exactly when something would be turned in so it could take up to two weeks before knowing if your document got finished or not. Also because of their busy nature there wasn’t much time spent talking back & forth which made communication difficult sometimes as well - especially since they sent me files without any feedback from them first even though i asked multiple questions throughout each file transfer process. This isn’t really an issue anymore but just wanted others reading through these reviews out here somewhere else to also note down how helpful some people found communications over chat while doing business together.
