Newly owned hot tub. Use a jet cleaner for the first time. I left it to soak overnight as recommended. The product formed a very sticky, greasy film around the entire edge of the water that was difficult to remove. I had to use a magic eraser and after that the eraser became useless. After topping up and adding chemistry, we found that some of the jets weren't as powerful as they used to be, and the one with the screw thing got stuck and wasn't as easy to turn by hand when the engine was off. I'm not sure why he did it, but I'm wondering if that jet cleaner caused problems.
