The concept is there, but the execution is terrible. This is a mini evaporative cooler or sump cooler. Water is pumped into the filter at the rear of the unit, while air is drawn in through a cooled filter and blown out at the front. Only the fan motor is very weak, even at the highest settings. Take a deep breath, hold your breath for 2 seconds, now exhale and exhale. The air you just blew out is much more powerful than what this fan blows out at high speed. I advise you to take something else.
