If you have problems with the case, it will turn on in reverse!
First I put the product on the wrong way I accidentally put it on the wrong way around and had a hard time opening the top and it kept going up and the AirPods kept popping out of the case after I found out what the problem was, i turned the case over and it works great, a lot of people in the reviews say you need to remove the top, try turning the case over in the pics above, you can see the back of the bookcase from the front, it should be words and a key ring in front. On the right side of the back, you should see a piece of metal attached to the AirPod case with a door opening.
