I am not one iota satisfied with this product. When I put the case on it didn't fit my charger and it was so tight my husband had to CUT it off. It's a solid product and it's a nightmare to throw away your AirPods because you're embarrassed to cut them off. I will not buy from this brand again and do not encourage you to purchase this product if you intend to charge your AirPods or ever take them out of a case. Nice case but useless now that I had to cut it off.

First I put the product on the wrong way I accidentally put it on the wrong way around and had a hard time opening the top and it kept going up and the AirPods kept popping out of the case after I found out what the problem was, i turned the case over and it works great, a lot of people in the reviews say you need to remove the top, try turning the case over in the pics above, you can see the back of the bookcase from the front, it should be words and a key ring in front.
