I have been using and trusting Contigo cups with automatic closures for many years, so of course I was confident that I would order again if I needed a new one. These new glasses are terrible. The elders kept ice water in a hot summer car for over 24 hours. In these, new water heats up in an hour. The outside of the glass gets so cold immediately after you pour ice water into it that you can barely hold it, suggesting it's not holding the internal temperature. As if there was no vacuum insulation as advertised. I think it's time to buy another brand if the new Contigo behaves like this.
