Worked right away, but the autofocus isn't very good.

I bought this for my son to use in college. With Windows 10 it worked immediately. The sound is good, but the autofocus isn't great. What I've noticed on Skype calls is that his face is almost never in focus, but other things in the room that are farther from the camera are in focus. Other elements in the frame look digitally enhanced (look like a 3D representation of a 2D object) so they look weird. .My comparison device is the Microsoft LifeCam which I bought in 2019 for $49.
