Perfect! Insertion is very easy if done correctly. Do not open the loop, insert and slide to close. Instead, just open the hoop until it opens, then slide the ends in a spiral, shifting the ends so they're almost parallel to each other. Insert the earring and pull the spiral/parallel ends to realign, then insert the straight end back into the ball end. They are very comfortable for sleeping, they are versatile.
